We know that when you shop online, you want your personal details and any other information you give us to be kept safe and secure. We promise to keep all your details safe and secure and furthermore, because we know how annoying unsolicited mail is, we also promise not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party.

Not one of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made from Rally Office Chairs Ltd. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.

The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Rally Office Chairs Ltd will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Rally Office Chairs Ltd while using the secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

At Rally Office Chairs Ltd we are committed to protecting your privacy and as such we only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date, issue number, and we will shortly require you to enter your security PIN number. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable However you are given the option not to receive any notifications other than us simply confirming that your order has been despatched

How do we protect customer information?

When you place an order you will be automatically taken to our secure server system. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

Returns and Refunds

Any of our products may be returned to Rally Office Chairs Ltd for replacement or refund subject to the following:-

Cancellation of Order (NOT Faulty or Incorrect Ordered Returns)

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order without giving a reason for any item purchased on this website. To cancel your order you must either e mail, fax or write to us (a telephone call is not deemed to be sufficient) within seven days of our receipt of your order.

Please Note:

You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used cannot be accepted. The return carriage is payable by the customer, the goods should be insured as it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in its original condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items are being returned to us. Non defective returns notified outside the seven day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

On receipt of your returned goods we will authorise a refund. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you used a credit card to make your purchase we will credit the same card number. If you made your purchase with a cheque or postal order we will send you a refund cheque in the post. Our delivery charges are not refundable.

Cancellation of Order (Faulty or Incorrectly Ordered Returns)

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the item is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a full refund for the price you paid for the item PLUS the cost in returning it to us.

To return an item:

Simply return the item to the address detailed below. Rally Office Chairs Ltd, Southam Road, Ufton, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV33 9PF - Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address (including postcode), e-mail address or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a description of the fault.
